It’s Sunday afternoon. . . the middle of a day of rest for many (pastors don’t get too much rest on Sunday). Even though I am extremely busy I try to take a short nap on Sunday afternoon. In fact, I take a very short nap many days during the week and I don’t feel guilty about it.
As Michael Hyatt’s article points out many famous people including Napoleon, Edison, Churchill, and Reagan took naps. Furthermore napping has many great benefits including restoring alertness, preventing burnout, and increasing productivity. Now there is a right and wrong way to take a nap which Michael also addresses.
