I would urge all believers to do four things before the polls close on Tuesday, November 6, 2012:

Be a biblically informed voter: There are a multitude of Christian pastors/theologians/counselors who offer biblical wisdom regarding this election. There are links to thoughts by Grudem, MacArthur, Piper, DeYoung, Alcorn, Beeke, and more.
